Thursday before the party, have Walter setup tables in the basement:
- no chairs.
- Long tables, along the sides of the room.
- In long isles, four to a side.
- One extra at head of room for food/misc.
Write and print Handout.
Write and print Insert.
Contact pizza shops for donation of pizzas.
Lock down paper plates, plastic cups, and napkins.
Figure out drinks.
Buy, print, and copy the box-following shipping labels.

Handout:

A two sided sheet: girls on one side, boys on the other.
Three lists on each, of what should be in a box for each age group.

Insert:

To go in each box, a small card/sheet reading along the lines of:
"Lovingly packed by the people of New Life Community Church, on behalf of Jesus Christ. God loves you, and so do we." (various languages)
"2680 Huntingdon Pike, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006, USA"

Stations/Tables:

[Not a table] Boxes of boxes
Three stuff tables girls side
One girls side label table
Three stuff tables boys side
One boys side label table

Stuff Tables:

Sorted items for boxes.
Split generic items evenly girls/boys, then redistribute as needed intra-pack.
Mark age groups for the clueless?

Label tables:

Should have two dedicated volunteers.
When the filled box is brought, volunteer:
1. Marks an appropriate girl/boy label, with the proper age group.
2. Tapes the girl/boy and shipping labels to the lid.
3. [Probable] Inserts a "packed by New Life" card.
Box carrier rubber-bands the box and drops it off.

(Note to volunteers to make sure they don't tape boxes shut!)

End of party:

Have transport vehicle brought to top of steps.
Have volunteers carry boxes to vehicle.
